In a period rosewood frame. Hand signed and titled in pencil- Etching is marked O.F.P. 45. Pennington was a British Naval Officer and artist (1889-1953). He did a series of etchings, including several of famous ships, and this image of DREADNOUGHT is known as number 45 in his overall series. |
