A sailing card for a voyage of the Clipper Barque CONQUEST of 516 tons register to take place "on or about October 10" 1880. According to the card CONQUEST sailed from Boston's Lewis Wharf to Sydney and Brisbane, Australia for the Henry W. Peabody & Co., Australian Line under Captain Howes.

The card is in very good condition, with colors and letters that are still bright and sharp. The card is mounted to a recessed mat and framed under glass. The card is dated Sept. 8, 1880 and has a printer's mark at the bottom edge of Franklin Press: Rand, Avery & Co.
