Arthur Kovalovsky made approximately 750 high-quality reels from 1928 to the mid-1950’s. His base of operation was Hollywood California, he was granted several patents during this period.

Reel dimensions: 12 inches wide including handle, 7 inches in diameter with a spool capacity of 500 yrds, #39 line.

Kovalosky reels were highly desirable and used by such great fishermen as Zane Gray.

A Kovalovsky reel used by Zane Gray sold recently at auction for $20,900.
