23 1/2 inches with a 18 inch blade. Circa 19th century. Blade engraved with ships, arms, Mexican eagle and various foliated designs.Crossguard and pommel are brass. Crossguard has a medallion with Mexican Naval eagle. Pommel in shape of eagles head. Grip wire wrapped ray sin handle. Brass mounted scabbard has fouled anchor on throat and the number 65 at the bottom. Overall condition is fine. Scabbard release button is missing.
