The wreaths read Battle of Cape St. Vincent, 14th Feb. 1797, Battle of Copenhagen, 2nd April 1801, Battle of the Nile 1,2,3 of August 1798.

At the bottom it reads: Brittannia lamenting the death of ADMIRAL LORD NELSON who after a Series of transcendent and heroic Virtues fell gloriously in his 121st engagement in the Moment of a Glorious and Decisive victory obtained over the combined fleets of France and Spain. 21st Oct. 1805. At the bottom frame line, "Published Dec. 5th, 1805 by W.B. Walker for Fox & Kust Co. Ltd.
